Strength Through Compassionate Acceptance

You may be someone who is highly responsible, driven, and capable while privately struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, or relentless self-pressure. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, overthinking, and self-doubt. Or perhaps concerns about food, body image, or performance take up more space in your mind than you'd like.

Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck and work toward lasting change. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure-based treatment, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion, shame resilience principles, and lifestyle and stress management strategies. We'll work to reduce anxiety, increase psychological flexibility, and help you build a more balanced and meaningful life.

"Change is not only a part of life; it is the catalyst for growth. Embrace it to transform who you are into who you want to be."

Let's address what's keeping you stagnant and face it together.

When You Realize That What You're Trying to Control is Controlling You, Freedom Follows

We often believe that control will keep us safe, yet it can also keep us stuck. Compassionate Surrender is my approach to helping you gently release the struggle to control every thought, emotion, or outcome. Instead, we create space for life's uncertainties with courage, self-compassion, and openness, allowing you to reconnect with your authentic self, your values, and what truly matters.

Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the therapy involves exploring the connections among your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns of relating. Together, we’ll cultivate psychological flexibility, strengthen shame resilience, and better understand the experiences and relationships that have shaped you. Through an interpersonal and relational lens, we’ll develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges.  Together, we’ll work toward creating a life. that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with your values
