WORK WITH ME

Many people who seek therapy feel caught in patterns that are difficult to change. For some, this may show up as obsessive thoughts and behaviors, perfectionism, rigid standards, or chronic overthinking. For others, it may look like binge eating, emotional eating, restrictive eating, compulsive exercise, or difficulty regulating impulses during times of stress. These experiences can be painful and exhausting, particularly when anxiety, shame, or self-criticism become part of the cycle.

I work with individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, eating concerns, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also work with patterns of overcontrol and undercontrol that can affect relationships, emotions, and daily life.

A place to begin

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don't need to have everything figured out. We will start with a brief phone consultation where you can share what brings you in, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.

getting to know you

If we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial intake, typically 60 to 90 minutes. This is a chance for me to learn more about you, your experiences, and what you hope to be different. Sometimes this process takes more than one session.

finding our direction

If we both feel that we are a good fit, we will identify the goals that matter most to you and begin creating a path forward together. Your needs and goals will continue to guide our work.
