Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety is a very personal and very unique issue. It takes an innumerable amount of shapes and getting to the root of those causes is anything but a straight line. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients reduce worry, manage panic, and find calm in their everyday lives. Through CBT, we identify and challenge anxious thought patterns that fuel fear and avoidance, learning practical techniques to replace them with more balanced, realistic ways of thinking. With ACT, I guide clients in developing mindfulness skills and emotional flexibility—so instead of fighting anxiety, you can learn to move through it while focusing on what truly matters to you.

Whether you’re living with generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, or health anxiety, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to help you regain control and confidence. Together, we’ll work on building coping tools that last—so you can face life’s uncertainties with resilience, presence, and peace of mind.
