Depression

Man Walking Fog

Depression has a way of making everything feel smaller. The things that used to matter lose their pull. Getting out of bed, returning a text, finishing something you started, tasks that once felt effortless can feel enormous. And somewhere along the way, it can start to feel like this is simply who you are now. It isn't.

I come to this work with genuine care for the person sitting across from me because I know how much courage it takes to reach out when you're struggling. Together we'll explore not just the thoughts and patterns keeping you stuck, but the deeper emotional experiences underneath them. What has felt heavy for a long time? What would it mean to feel like yourself again?

Drawing on CBT, behavioral activation, DBT, RO-DBT, and mindful self-compassion, we'll work in ways tailored to you. Sometimes that means gently challenging the stories depression tells you. Sometimes it means learning to sit with difficult feelings without being swept away by them. And often it means learning to treat yourself with the same kindness you would offer someone you love. Whether you're navigating major depression, burnout, emptiness, or a sadness you can't quite name, there is a way through.

Freedom is Attainable
