Relationship Issues & Stressors

Relationships are among the most meaningful and challenging parts of being human. When things feel stuck, whether you're caught in the same argument on repeat, feeling distant from someone you love, or struggling to trust or be truly known, it can be quietly heartbreaking.

So much of what goes wrong between people isn't about not caring enough. It's about the gap between what we need and what we feel we can ask for. Learning to know our own needs, to name them, and to trust that they matter enough to voice is some of the most tender and courageous work there is.

That's the work I love most. Not just exploring communication patterns, but getting underneath the surface to ask the harder questions. What does it feel like to truly need someone? What happens inside you when conflict arises? Where did you learn that your needs were too much, or not enough?

I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect to that exploration. Drawing on relational and psychodynamic thinking alongside CBT and ACT, we'll look at the patterns that keep you stuck, with compassion rather than judgment, and begin to understand how your history, your wounds, and your ways of protecting yourself shape what happens in your relationships today.

Whether you're working through trust, intimacy, communication, or conflict, my goal is simple. To create a space where you feel genuinely seen and where your needs are treated as worthy of care.
